I find myself drawn to collage because there is something satisfying about offering a different perspective to already established truths. Photographs are often what we look to when we search for proof, for fact, for truth to any story. But what if I take a snip here, a cut there, and rearrange what is presented? Could there be another story, hidden among these seemingly straightforward image? I don't know. But I like to find out.
All of my collages are made using found images and artwork, scissors, and glue. Each one is like a fingerprint, unique and literally one of a kind. I hope you enjoy.
